We believe that training is all about the trainer and that’s why here we are introducing our sole trainer, the founder and CEO of intraSpect Development- Mr. Venkat S. Iyer. He is the most energetic, humorous, approachable active listener you will ever meet. Mr. Iyer has been doing training since 1994.

He is an BE Mechanical Engineer, worked in various manufacturing companies for 17+ years and thus has had experience of dealing with different kinds of people and could handle them all pretty well. At the end, he realised that the purpose of his life was helping people to have breakthroughs in their life to help them grow. So that’s what he did. He founded intraSpect Development in 1994 with the tagline “People Matter”. That’s what the vision and mission of our company is- YOU ALL MATTER! And that’s where our journey started…

Mr. Iyer is a certified Neuro Linguistic Trainer and from then has done numerous Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) workshops in Mumbai and Pune and still counting. Before 1998, he was a corporate coach with 30+ different modules of personalized corporate training in various IT, Pharma and manufacturing companies and still continues to do it along with the Neuro Linguistic Programming training. He is a trainer, Visiting faculty in top B-Schools in India and also a mentor to hundreds of his mentees

He has changed multiple lives and finds happiness in helping somebody go through an experience which makes them happy, satisfied and confident in their life. He wants to make people feel special about themselves because he believes - People Matter!
